We are usually able to ship your clock within 24-48 hours of your placing your order. We ship using either the US Postal Service or UPS. Please note bulk orders may take longer. |

Does my image need to be of a particular quality? |
YES. The higher the resolution the better the quality. We request all images sent to us electronically are 300 dpi. If you are sending us a picture via snail mail we will scan it at a high resolution. Please make sure the picture is in very good shape and it is sharp and clear. |
Will CreativeClocks.com send me back my picture? |
Yes, we include your photo in the package we send your clock in. |
Do you sell the clock components without a print on the face? |
YES. We have a "Do It Yourself Kit". Please see our order page for more information. |
